Placing an order is easy:
- Browse restaurants on our homepage or search for your favourite cuisine
- Select a restaurant and browse their menu
- Add items to your basket by clicking the "+" button
- Review your order and click "Checkout"
- Enter your delivery address and payment details
- Confirm your order and track its progress
Yes! During checkout, you can choose between "ASAP" delivery or schedule your order for a specific date and time. Scheduled orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance, depending on the restaurant's availability.
Minimum order amounts vary by restaurant. You'll see the minimum order requirement displayed on each restaurant's page. If your basket is below the minimum, you'll need to add more items before checkout.
You can cancel your order within the first few minutes after placing it, before the restaurant starts preparing your food. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order:
- Go to My Orders
- Find your active order
- Click "Cancel Order" if available
If you need to modify your order, please contact the restaurant directly or reach out to our support team.
You can add special instructions (allergies, preferences, cooking requests) in two places:
- Per item: When adding an item to your basket, look for the "Special instructions" field
- For the whole order: During checkout, there's an "Order notes" field where you can leave delivery instructions or general requests
If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, the restaurant will contact you to offer alternatives. You can choose to:
- Replace with a similar item
- Remove the item and receive a partial refund
- Cancel the entire order for a full refund
Payments & Refunds
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Cash on Delivery: Pay the driver when your order arrives (where available)
All card payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes, absolutely. We take security seriously:
- All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor
- Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers
- We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- 3D Secure authentication is supported for additional security
If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method:
- Card payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Digital wallets: Usually within 3-5 business days
- Cash payments: We'll contact you to arrange the refund
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Payment can be declined for several reasons:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Incorrect card details entered
- Your bank blocked the transaction (contact them to authorise)
- Card has expired
- Daily spending limit reached
Try a different payment method or contact your bank for more information.
Yes! After your order is complete, you can view and download your receipt:
- Go to My Orders
- Find your completed order
- Click "View Receipt" or "Download Invoice"
The receipt includes a VAT breakdown where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the restaurant and your location. Typically:
- Fast food: 20-35 minutes
- Restaurants: 30-45 minutes
- During peak times: May take 10-15 minutes longer
You'll see an estimated delivery time before placing your order, and you can track your order in real-time.
Delivery fees vary by restaurant and distance. You'll see the exact delivery fee before checkout. Many restaurants offer:
- Free delivery on orders over a certain amount
- Reduced fees during off-peak hours
- Collection option to avoid delivery fees entirely
Yes! You can track your order every step of the way:
- Order Received: Restaurant has received your order
- Preparing: Kitchen is making your food
- Ready for Pickup: Food is ready
- Out for Delivery: Driver is on the way
- Delivered: Enjoy your meal!

Delivery availability depends on your location and the restaurants near you. To check:
- Enter your postcode or address on the homepage
- You'll see all restaurants that deliver to your area
- Each restaurant sets their own delivery radius
We're constantly adding new restaurants and expanding our coverage.
We understand how frustrating this can be. Here's what to do:
- First, check the order tracking to see the latest status
- If significantly delayed, try calling the restaurant
- If your order doesn't arrive, contact our support team
- We'll investigate and arrange a refund or redelivery as appropriate
Yes! Many restaurants offer collection (pickup). During checkout:
- Select "Collection" instead of "Delivery"
- Choose your preferred pickup time
- You'll receive a notification when your order is ready
- Show your order confirmation at the restaurant
Collection is often faster and saves on delivery fees.
Account & Profile
Creating an account is quick and free:
- Click Sign Up
- Enter your name, email, and create a password
- Verify your email address (if required)
- Start ordering!
With an account, you can save addresses, view order history, and checkout faster.
No problem! You can easily reset your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
The reset link expires after 1 hour for security.
You can update your profile anytime:
- Go to My Profile
- Update your name, phone number, or email
- Manage your saved addresses
- Change your password
We're sorry to see you go. To delete your account:
- Go to My Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- Confirm by entering your password
Note: This action is permanent. All your data, order history, and saved addresses will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

We'd love to have you on board! To partner with us:
- Visit our Restaurant Registration page
- Fill in your restaurant details
- Our team will review your application
- Once approved, you'll get access to your restaurant dashboard
If you're already a partner:
- Go to Restaurant Login
- Enter your admin credentials
- Manage orders, menu, settings, and more
